So... riddle me this, Batman...

Mid-term elections are in like 10 days or something Confirmed Ebola is in NYC and they are still flying in “Ebola without Borders” healthcare workers from West Africa.

How exactly are the Republicans going to screw up this opportunity, when the Democrats, just by being Democrats have terrified most of the moderate electorate?

Notice how it took the governors of two neighboring states to initiate the obvious quarantine rules that Obama and his people refused to do. I can hardly wait to hear Obama’s excuses.

Won’t be long until the screeners ask “ have you been to west Africa or the United States?”.

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

JMHO but Obola seems guilty of endangering the entire population with his PC inaction. Even those “backward” 3rd world nations have enough sense to close their borders to a disease that shows little mercy. Obola is the typhoid Mary of the 21st century!

This is outside of Obola’s box. He can see shapes and sizes and walls but has no comprehension at all of the contents.

He is the constructed pRESIDENT from hell.

The article is awkwardly phrased. I wonder if she arrived today or last Friday (7 days ago) Either way, here we go again.

Well I'm sure the GOP will deny that the ebola doctor visited any polling places in Harlem during his casual trip around town. Liberal elites can throw gutter balls, but the GOP is afraid to throw strikes.

I hear that voting locations are great places to spread Obola. Lots of people standing in line, waiting to vote. Especially bad in big democratic cities.

“Notice how it took the governors of two neighboring states to initiate the obvious...”

This is true - however; both of those governors are part of the democratic machine and Obama supporters (even though one is a wolf in sheep’s clothing) so even they (purposely?)waited until too late.

These quarantines ought to have happened well before an infected person rode the subway. There is wo way that the CDC and the democrats could not have foreseen this possible scenario. Some of these dems have Ivy League educations and theoretically have high enough IQ’s for the ability to think ahead. The worst part is that Cuomo is operating as if the CDC (the Feds) knows what it is talking about when it reassures everyone that the virus isn’t easily spread.

They have no proof at all that the virus isn’t more easily transmitted; for example, perhaps, by grabbing the pole of the subway that the ebola infected person just sneezed on. This could certainly happen and if it does they (and we - I have 2 daughters who live in NYC) are screwed. Then they will actually try to silence the media about the secondary cases NOT from West Africa.

They have 42 days to find out if they lucked out by believing the CDC and not acting proactively.
