That's true of same-day, election-day voting, but as early voting has become more popular, Democrats had gotten very good at turning out a large portion of their ballots before election day, and in the recent past, had usually clobbered Republicans in early voting.
The significance of this is that the Republicans are running competitively in the early voting, or even ahead.

However, no one knows what the vote is, so I am assuming they do know who voted, but not how they voted.
Actually, the GOP is always behind in early voting, so this is a very bad sign for the Democrats.
Dems always in this state wait till all the red counties are reported in , even the panhandle which is one hour behind, and then the 3 or 4 main Dem counties report knowing how many votes they need to win the election here.
I fear that announcing something like this will only result in the frauds who vote twice, going to the polls and voting twice more.
