Obama intends to permanently change the demographics of America with an illegal alien Executive Order amnesty. Leaving aside the fact that there is no legal vehicle for him to do this, he's going to do it anyways. This one act would make it impossible for another night like November 4, 2014 to ever occur in our lifetimes. You would never see another Republican President or majority House or Senate ever again.

There's been talk about Republicans passing amnesty, too.

  1. Mitt Romney: GOP Senate Will Put Immigration Reform On President's Desk
  2. GOP's John Cornyn Eyes Immigration Reform 'After We Get Majority'
  3. Jeb Bush Promises GOP Immigration Reform To Spanish-Speaking Media
  4. Romney: A GOP Senate to pass immigration, trade
  5. Joe Barton to push immigration overhaul that includes path to citizenship & amnesty for all
  6. Rand Paul: Amnesty Legislation Could Pass This Year
— This is why gaining control of the Senate might not be as good as it sounds: there is little reason for the statists with an (R) next to their name to act like they oppose Democrat policies, they haven't for years and last night proved they can win on just We're not Democrat! w/o actually standing for anything.

There's no question; we have a dual-party problem.

In a way, I actually hope Obama DOES Executive-Order the amnesty.

That way, the history of this country will observe that it was THIS MAN who destroyed the United States of America.

There is little hope but to put off the fall until we are dead and buried; but perhaps history will show future nations how unwise it is to elect your sworn enemy as your President.

This is indeed a historical first.

There will be a fight within the GOP in the Senate. The real conservatives will be flexing their muscles with some new blood and can make life hell for the GOPe. McConnell will have to cut some deals with the Dems to overcome the conservative bloc, but that bloc has been blostered and will be in the media daily asserting conservative principles with new authority.

Can you say Cruz/Ernst 2016? I knew you could.

This is why we can't sit back and enjoy this "victory." The hard fighting is still ahead. We can't allow the Republican majority to "go native" in DC. Keep reminding them of why they were voted in.
