It's not Voter ID mainly doing this, or early voting by mail, It's the insiders
counting and fixing ballots and adding what they need.

Years ago, I spoke to people in FL. They said they hold the votes back until the end, then they know exactly how many they need, and bring in exactly how many they need to overcome the Republican lead. They pull them out of minority and Democrat strongholds, which they can do because those areas are so 100% Democrat and have a culture of “not informing” (even the most Republican areas are more mixed) that they can get by with anything.
