Clearly this woman needs a contingency lawyer to sue to the full extent of the law. This was reckless endangerment at the least, and even if that warrant was written and perfect, there is a good likelihood that a jury would find in her favor.

In these "botched drug raids" I see new business opportunity, a new specialization for the legal profession where the pockets are incredibly deep and the victims compa$$ionately compelling.

When the government wages a war, they create victims who then become plaintiffs.

It's surprising a congress full of lawyers would let this opportunity pass without cashing in on both sides and right down the middle.
