Congress should pass a law stating that if a U.S. president travels to a foreign country and signs a global-warming treaty there, while at the same time the U.S. is experiencing record freezing temperatures — as is happening now in some areas — the president’s plane shall not be permitted to re-enter U.S. airspace but instead must land at a U.S. airbase abroad and remain there with the president until U.S. temperatures return to normal.
