Criminal charges would ‘most likely’ result in firing, he says
The Ferguson police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown will be “immediately” returned to active duty if he is not indicted, Chief Tom Jackson told Yahoo News on Friday.
Officer Darren Wilson has been on paid leave since the controversial shooting in early August.
He would come back to a “not yet determined assignment,” the chief writes in an email.
If the grand jury charges Wilson, Jackson said the officer would “most likely” be terminated “if it is a felony.”

Exactly. Once cleared, move to a police department where he knows they’ll have his back and isn’t a walking target.
He’s probably going to. He’d be persona non-grata and couldn’t do his job effectively.
I think his career is over regardless.

In addition: Move to a police department smart enough to use cruiser cams, body mikes and even body cams so there won’t be any question whatsoever if this happens again.
Timothy Wind, one of the unconvicted officers in the Rodney King incident, has been harassed every place he’s gone. The fact that he was repeatedly found not guilty hasn’t mattered to the libs or social justice types... or to the kind of potential employers who fear them.

Personally, I think he needs to not only relocate with his family, but to go for a double, state level “witness protection program”, first in Missouri then again in his new home state.
Since Missouri has a Democrat governor, his first WPP should be to change his and his families’ names to something very common. In this case James and Mary (nee Johnson) Smith.

Then move to a second state, like Phoenix, Arizona, and with the cooperation of Joe Arpaio, get a second family name change, also to common names, like John and Patricia (nee Jones) Williams.
This would then be the launching pad to their eventual home state, likely in the less populated states in the Midwest or northwest. But in this case, they should adopt a third name change that is much less common and indeterminately ethnic sounding: Chilean, Brazilian or Argentinian-like would be least likely to stand out.
Once there is a Republican administration, they could discreetly ask their conservative congressman to get new SSNs, and then they create a false paper trail.
