I got a rather lengthy poll phone call on Sunday afternoon . .. said NBC/Wall Street Journal . . . the three GOP potential candidates they mentioned were Kaisich, Christie and Paul. Oh one question about Carson but I don’t remember the exact wording. Nothing about Cruz, Walker or others.

He might be the best candidate the "GOPe" could ask for, short of supporting a true movement conservative. Kasich is center-right.

Kasich is one of those guys who got elected as a solid conservative and then contracted beltwayitis.

He would be better than Jeb or Christie. However, his real competition would be Walker.

Kasich has been a good Governor, but he is hardly a right winger. He was more Conservative as a Congressman,, but that is to be expected from a legislator. A governor must be more pragmatic.

He trounced his opponent in the Governor’s race Nov. 4. It’s a shame Kasich has moved so far to the left; proud that he compromised with DemocRATS while in Congress and now accepting Amnesty as something unavoidable. We could have used him on the ticket to carry Ohio in 2016; but not now. After reading this article I’m convinced he IS GOP Establishment. Just damn!
