Eggszactly and I have moved registration over to No party affiliation and unless I see some GOP with spines and cajones I won’t vote for Republican either... tired of walking down same old road and falling in same potholes...If America can’t do better than its current leadership America will go the way of many nations before them. I honestly do not understand why anyone would not want to be registered with a political party so that you can do what you can to influence that party, particularly in the primaries and caucuses (caucuses particularly are where you can really have a say.) You can have a real impact in the local party/elections if you wish to spend the time, and ultimately that will affect the national party. To my way of thinking, being unaffiliated with either of the majority parties disenfranchises you at least 50%. You do not have to contribute financially to the party if it goes astray, and as a member of your party, what you have to say when contacted for a contribution is important; or in my case when I was contacted to be a precinct captain in the last election. I refused and I had plenty to say to the party apparatchik locally about shoving Romney down my throat. Again, I do not understand this line of thinking and I do not think I ever will.

I’ve seen lots and lots of people make various political vows here in the wake of the barrage of disgusting news.

I haven’t seen anyone make any religious vows and hardly anyone reasserting belief.

God is going to let the crap come until we get serious about Him again.
