So I contacted Alex Nowrasteh for that policy perspective. He's the immigration policy analyst for the Cato Institute's Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity. We met at the Association for Private Enterprise Education annual meeting in Las Vegas in the Spring of 2014.

Yeah so does Alex favor monarchy and the balkanization of the USA or not?

As you can see, Libertarians are more supportive of the President's idea, but not his methods. Both parties would do well to consider their views, a possible compromise that could end the gridlock on immigration. A blog-pimping libertarian pushing Zero's tyrannical amnesty -- this has to be a new low.

Blog pimp amnesty troll alert!
Q. What is your reaction to the executive order. Is it a good plan?
A. Viewed narrowly from the policy perspective only, the President’s executive order improves policy, will lead to wage and economic growth, and decreases the humanitarian harm done by our restrictive immigration policy.

(T) he Presidents executive order ... will lead to wage growth...Five million more workers will lead to wage growth? I would have flunked out of Economy 101 spouting that kind of nonsense.

Gary Johnson got 0.99% pushing open borders and fag marriage against the ultimate establishment candidates Romney and Obama.
What did Perot get bashing NAFTA instead of the NSA/fag marriage/etc.?
Immigration and Trade are bigger issues than the Losertarian issues.

You cannot have both a libertarian nation and an open borders one. Just can’t happen.

It’s important to distinguish between think tank libertarians and actual non -elites that are adherents of a libertarian philosophy.

Libertarians can be as dangerous as democrats because you can be lulled into thinking you and they have common goals.
