To: Regulator

I’ll point this out....it was a law passed by the House and Senate....with plenty of Republicans in support of the law. A number of people said at the time....it would be abused. Well...they were right. Imminent Domain is also abused. There’s a problem here....but the question is...instead of going after Lynch, why not rewrite the whole law and really take it down several notches?

Of course. But Lynch is a prime example of the abusers, so holding her up over it could be a catalyst for changing the law.

But stealing is so attractive to politicians - people who typically are incapable of making and selling things - that they just can't stop themselves.

Do we really think that a bagman like Mitch McConnell is against the government getting more money for him to pass out to his clients?
