But what about the West Africans running elsewhere, such as Europe and the U.S., even willing to get themselves smuggled in? That’s the key here: Obama, if he isn’t a dolt, wants to turn Africa into a new pool of immigrants like Mexico, to guarantee a monopoly on the American voters.
