Where have we seen a program like this before? In Nazi Germany the government encouraged people to identify Jews in their neighborhood...millions died. In Stalin's Soviet Union citizens were encouraged to turn in the names of neighbors and family members who might be “enemies of the State”...millions died. Lesson learned? Evidently not, in Austin obviously not.
