To: Rhonda Robinson

That poor kid, to have already been through so much and then be taken away from his family too.

What can we do? What is the best way to proceed? I write my senators and rep a lot, and nothing ever gets accomplished. Perhaps inundating the governor of IL with emails might help?
I know HSLDA has a sister org that supports and advocates legally for parental rights both on an individual basis and as lobbyists, maybe they could help?
Foster home on the South Side of Chicago has a very ominous sound to it, and for a child in intractable pain it sounds hellish.

HSLDA is a good organization, for homeschooling issues, mostly. And Mike Farris has been known to take on cases outside of the homeschooling realm,

but Heritage Defense is more broad based in protecting families from CPS.
