Cheney: 'The report's full of crap'
CNN ^ | 12/11/14 | Eric Bradner

nt Dick Cheney called a Senate panel's report on U.S. interrogation tactics during George W. Bush's administration is "deeply flawed" and a "terrible piece of work."

"The report's full of crap," he said in an interview with Fox News on Wednesday evening.

Bush's Republican vice president insisted that the Central Intelligence Agency's rough tactics -- which the report said included mock executions, beatings, "rectal rehydration" and feeding, sleep deprivation and more -- helped the United States "catch the bastards who killed 3,000 of us on 9/11."

Kudos to Cheney. Sure would be nice to see Dubya take on these pricks instead of pretending Democrats care about America.

Saw him briefly on this matter...."I'd do it again in a heartbeat".

I would, too.

I guess lopping someone's head off....after "torturing" them for months is not torture.

Of course its full of crap because Obama has to use W Bush as a whipping boy to divert his leftist base voters attention from the Bush ‘wars’ in Afghanistan and Iraq that he ended, oops, is still involved in today.

W had two four year terms in the WH.
Not a single veto. Hardly a single defense of his policies.

Cheney disappointed me when he surrendered on the same sex crap. I understand loving your daughter, but not to the detriment of societal structure.

But he is very on target when it comes to economic and foreign policy.

He's too busy shilling for his new "sister-in-law".

Yes, it’s full of crap but it lets Al Qaeda and ISIS know that Feinstein and the DemocRATS have their backs.

Diane Feinstein’s release of this info really smells of scorched earth.

I supported it and we gave it a try, but Cheney’s foreign policy didn’t work either. Time for an approach that is rooted in realism.

You are in the lobby of a 200 room hotel. Upstairs, a criminal has you daughter in one of the rooms where he will rape and kill her in the next 15 minutes. You have in your possession one golf club and an accomplice of the criminal who knows what room she is in.

Does anyone still think torture is wrong?

Headline of the Day Poll
Why did the Democrats release their “report” on enhanced interrogation?

They feel the world needs to know about torture.
I don’t know.
They delight in hurting the United States military and intelligence agencies.

Cheney’s foreign policy worked much better than Obama’s. I smell a Rand/Ron Paul lover.

Nope, I am all in for Ted Cruz.

Cheney’s foreign policy is not conservative, it is neoconservative, which is predicated on a liberal foreign policy of nation building and spreading democracy. It didn’t work. On foreign policy, I am a realist.

“catch the bastards who killed 3,000 of us on 9/11.”
Plus wounded over 11,000 people and started a war that has killed thousands and wounded many more.

All I hear from George Bush of late is his sister-in-law is Hillary Clinton. The one who directly employs terrorists supporters (like herself).
