Regardless of the questions to Gov. Perry, one would think with the benefit of hindsight on Imam Obama, he’d been grilled with serious questions like this instead of the crease of his pants or how ‘articulate’ he was/is. It’s as if these cretins never heard of a teleprompter before.
Fair game for Hillary:
Are you young enough to be POTUS? Pretty enough? Slim enough?
Perry should have said “It I was drunk, stoned and had the most evil of intentions, I still could not screw up this country as bad as BO has.”
Because the inept handlers and campaign consultants tell them so. They have not realized these people are not in this game for their benefit. I submit Karl Rove.

I wish he would have said:
“we’ve been told Hillary Clinton is the smartest women in politics and she’s been a terrible disaster with her lack of leadership in foreign policy as Secretary of State. We’ve been told Barack Obama was a brilliant scholar yet we’ve never seen his transcripts, and we’ve been going backwards as a country morally and economically since he’s become President. I’ve just watched 6 years of complete screw ups...I can handle it.”
Somebody please show me a picture where he attended a Christian church or non-Muslim service other than 3 months preceding an election involving him directly. I don’t personally believe there is such. I also bet you won’t find ONE instance of it after November 2012, either.
I don’t think I could have maintained that way. My answer would have been something like, “I’m pretty sure I do, now what about you darling?”
Bottom line, when asked a silly question the candidate needs to have a great and funny response - like Reagan would.
That makes the candidate likeable, seem human, and it deflects the idiotic questions and turns them into a real positive.
To his credit, Perry did what’s expected of any potential presidential candidate. He smiled and treated the question as if it actually merited an answer.
