I can’t really say I have a problem with 80% of the list, except that it is not a list of commandments (i.e. laws). The exceptions are #4—which is a euphemism for saying that women have a right to irresponsibly get pregnant and then kill the kid, and #5—because religious faith has a huge influence on social behaviors that are necessary for civilization to function.
Numbers 1-3 basically say that it is irrational to rigidly hold on to a belief when it is clearly contradicted by facts and evidence. This can apply to anything—for example, the people who hold on to anti-vaccine beliefs, despite the fact that not a shred of evidence condemns vaccines, and mountains of evidence support their central role in individual and public health.
However, #1-3 cannot be commandments, since they do not deal with moral questions.
Numbers 6-8 and 10 are all concepts that are found in the Bible, albeit paraphrased. They also are not commandments, because most of the commandments deal fundamentally with crimes that interfere with the smooth function of society, like murder and theft. Without a legal framework to deal with crime, with the infringement of one person’s rights by another person, those concepts are rather meaningless.
Number 9—well, I have never seen that any two people live exactly the same way. That’s one of those things that is so obvious and fundamental, I have to wonder why someone is trying to elevate it to the status of commandment.
As self claimed logical thinkers, this crowd source methodology is itself a logical fallacy. I.e. everyone is doing it

At a lecture years ago by theologian Walter Martin, he observed: “There are really only TWO faiths, worship of God of the Holy Bible and worship of self… all ‘isms’, cults and New Age thinking are all variations of the worship of self”.
To that I add… all are based on the Serpent’s seduction in Genesis 3:5: “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” True in the sense we are sovereign souls… but we know “good and evil” only in our own narrow self context… what’s “good” for me may not be good for you… thus potentially 7 billion little “g” gods running about, all with possibly different and conflicting “good’n evils”. War, murder, conquest and slavery throughout history the result of our individual “godhood”. As sovereign souls (real) God will not violate that sovereignty… we must willingly surrender it at the foot of the Cross.
The “rusty” irony... the atheist is the embodiment of Genesis 3:5… a “god” so limited and small he/she cannot see they are foolish and anti-rational, while they claim the opposite. Sin of pride personified.
#9 - so, if someone chooses to live in total opposition to all the “atheist commandments”, that’s OK too?

Not surprisingly, the atheists have basically rediscovered the Natural Law, even going beyond it to include the Golden Rule, which enjoins positive obligations, not just prohibitions.
None of this makes sense without a divine lawmaker, however. Dostoevsky was right. Without God everything is permissible.

It’s the part of the Natural Law that restricts their impulses the most. Atheists don’t want to be robbed or murdered. But they don’t want anyone telling them who they can schtup. (Of course, they don’t want anyone cheating on them, but they don’t think that far ahead.)
That’s what it boils down to.
And if you notice, that’s what atheists and modernists get the most bent out of shape about.
