John Boehner Just Got Some Very Bad News … But You’re Going to Love it

A grassroots campaign has been initiated to fire John Boehner as speaker of the House of Representatives. While it is being downplayed by the liberal mainstream media, it is no podunk effort.

The “Don’t be Yellow: Dump Boehner Now Campaign” was started by the CEO of WND, Joseph Farah. In just one week, 400,000 letters have been sent to Republican representatives prior to the start of the new legislative session. According to the Conservative Tribune, the letters are urging GOP members to replace Boehner with a more conservative alternative.

“While the news cycle has forgotten about Boehner’s betrayal of Republican voters in November, the grass-roots electorate has not,” Farah said. Clearly, as they have sent a stack of letters over 13 stories high to the House. Hopefully, that will be more than enough to garner the 30 Republican votes it would take to initiate a search for Boehner’s replacement.

Share this report if you think it’s time to ditch John Boehner!

There are good Repubs out there. If they are conservative - vote for them. If they are not - do not. Here in Texas I get to vote a lot :-)

North Korea is going to leak pictures of him and Obama in a compromising position?

Nah, won't be provable. You couldn't tell it's Boner because his head wouldn't be visible......

Any rep voting for Boner needs to be “primaried”. Nothing says I’m a RINO like a RINO voting for a fellow RINO.

This whole issue speaks to one of the big problems I have with the current structure our two party system, seniority. Why should the representative from another congressional district be put ahead of mine simply because they have been elected more times? This system provides disproportionate power to a few and flies in the face of equal protection under the law.

I understand that it provides a system that all understand but it also concentrates too much power in the hands of a few, allowing for the easier manipulation by those who would subvert the system to their ends.

I'll believe it when I see it

If the HOR "conservatives" can't get at least 30 votes to oust Boehner, we didn't win anything in November.

I’m in. I may rally some troops to this cause.

Well lets do it anyways. If I am to be facing a pit with a pistol in the back of my head, someday, I want my last thought to be “I did all that was humanly possible”.

And even then I will whirl around to see if I can clock the executioner one.

“Such as Allen West. He is very conservative, knows how congress works, is very disciplined and has strong core values. He is also popular with the conference.”

Yeah, just like Colin Powell and Condi Rice. /sarc

I think West is great. However, after seeing the directions Powell, Rice and recently Ben Carson took, I would rather see West reelected to congress then as a national figure.

Fool me once, and all.

Why would you want another amnesty lover, friend of Linda Grahamnesty to take Boehner’s place?

Not aware of that. Please post links.

I’d support Ltc West. Didn’t know they could do that.

The letters aren’t going to make a whit of difference. The only thing that matters is if a challenger from within the GOP caucus emerges and gets enough support to make the caucus’ internal vote interesting.

Even then, we’d likely hear little about it unless the challenger won.

Indeed. Have not heard any of that. Every clip of Trey Gowdy that I’ve seen, he’s hammering the other side.

I don’t understand those people who are standing quietly during an execution. Not me. If they had me sitting at a pit I’d do my level best to disarm and kill. If they had me roped up I’d be struggling at the ropes. No matter what, I’d do what I could to keep fighting back.

Good on ya, Laz. We’re cut from the same mold, brother.

As long as you breathe, you fight back.
If you can feel pain, you’re still in the fight.

Travis posts a picture every so often; Chinese students being executed for standing up at Tianeman Square.

People being executed for wanting to be free, to be left the hell alone and run their own lives.

It is a reminder to me of the mentality we are up against. The only reason it hasn’t happened here is because they can’t get away with it painlessly.

I’ve noticed that this type of “driveby” comment has become quite common on FR...

If you’re going to mark someone like this, at least post some links to information that support the assertion.

Thanks.

I hear you, however, with no hope of escape and if the executioner has a modicum of mercy, they’ll do their “job” expertly so that the executed doesn’t suffer...

Maybe that’s why so many go to the hangman in a docile manner?

Anyway, I won’t be going to the hangman...I’ll always keep 1 round for myself.
