An imaginary one, maybe. The current spin on things includes — Israel is backing ISIS against Assad, in order to get split the regimes in Syria and Iran and get a peace treaty before giving back the Golan; that the FSA has been expensively trained and armed by Obama/McCain/Soros/Bildebergers and joined ISIS en masse; and that the US is attacking ISIS when it really should be letting it run wild.
Israel won’t be giving back the Golan again, they’ve made that mistake before. The Yarmouk brigade realigned, which it has done before, at least twice in about a year, and has a bunch of so-called Palestinians living in its area.

Estimated 2,500 Palestinians killed in Syria conflict
(Iran’s source sez 1000, which means they’re responsible for the deaths)

Since treaties mean nothing to Muslims (except a chance to rearm and train new troops) and giving back the Golan would be near-suicide, that statement is a head scratcher.
