"But unless we can recruit more people who think like you as prosecutors, there are entire levers of power that we won’t have access to.”

No you want prosecutors who honor the Constitution and respect the law regardless of what color they are.

Recruit the perps that “played” the “Knockout Game”. They’re the perfect prospects to get whitey behind bars where he belongs!! Or, they can simply knock whitey out.

You know what?

I’ll bet if we had a DOJ headed by a black guy then all our racial problems would be gone.

Or maybe even we should have a black President, right?

I guess M L King Jr. was wrong, about the color of their skin. It seems to be all about skin color in the current civil rights movement.

In California if you are an illegal alien you can be a lawyer so I suppose a certain percentage of prosecutors should be appointed to represent that demographic.

Isn’t justice supposed to be blind? Especially color-blind?

These people are absolutely clueless.

The lack of black fathers married to the mother of their children also presents a problem. The lack of discipline among many young black men presents a problem. The lack of self discipline among young black having baby after baby out of wedlock is a problem. Should we go on here comparing problems?

As the demographics change the DA’s must also change. So if a racially representative group of DAs is working just fine upholding the law at one point and the population of the district changes, some of the DAs will need to be fired for being racially unrepresentative. Yes, they need to be dismissed because of their race. (/s)

For the sake of color-blindness of the law we must have strict racial representation in the district attorney’s office. Any other approach then hiring DAs by skin color means the law is not color blind.

Eddie Murphy may still be available as The Nutty Professor. He’s not doing much acting these days.

I think one black head of the JustUs Dept who doesn’t respect or uphold the law and plays favorites is enough...
