Lack of black prosecutors poses criminal justice problem

For the sake of color-blindness of the NFL we must have strict racial representation in the team membership (coaches included). Any other approach than hiring coaches and players by skin color means the NFL is not color blind.

For the sake of color-blindness of the NBA we must have strict racial representation in the team membership (coaches included). Any other approach than hiring coaches and players by skin color means the NBA is not color blind.

Hmmm. How far can we go with this?

In order for that to be a universal truth, blacks or any other race for that matter, would have to believe that too. By and large blacks no more believe that than the man in moon. When will whites wake up to the fact that race matters despite what you may believe in?

13% of prosecutors should be black. Same for doctors, scientists, lawyers, elected politicians, PHD’s, writers..............

Not to mention, 13% of all thugs and criminals should be black, 13% of all drug dealers and users, and 13% of the population on death row...

Also, why would qualified black attorneys go with the prosecution team when - just like black cops - they would be practically shunned in the black community for being with the wrong side.

We simply need to re-train the black community - it would take another 300 years - no guaranteed outcome, of course.
