As his record shows, Huckabee is no true conservative. He’s a snake-oil salesman.
You think Romney has “gravitas”?
Boy,talk about plagiarism!
Look at this ridiculousness:
Is Huckabee the next Reagan?

Ya....I couldn’t get passed the headline.
I’m for Ted Cruz all the way, as he’s the only fighter with the temperament to take on the Libs and the Press effectively.
That is not a serious writer, he was just throwing in words and Reagan, in an effort to give the impression he was analyzing something, but in reality it was just disjointed fluff, like a book report written by someone who didn’t read the book.
He’s usually very good. I’m surprised.
Huckabee is the next Ronaldus Maximus.. LIKE;
Richard Simmons is the next RAMBO.... in a Pink Turkey Suit..
making the World a Safer Place to gobble..
This is what I meant by Thompson not being a lightweight, he is STILL a player inside of government. Thompson is currently the Chairman of the International Security Advisory Board, a high-level panel charged with evaluating long-term threats to U. S. security.
Senator Thompson (19942003) was no stranger to government and politics, going back to the 1960s when he worked as an assistant U.S. attorney from 1969 to 1972 and then Thompson was the campaign manager for Republican U.S. Senator Howard Bakers reelection campaign in 1972 and was minority counsel to the Senate Watergate Committee in its investigation of the Watergate scandal (19731974).
Thompson served as chairman of the International Security Advisory Board at the United States Department of State, was a member of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a Visiting Fellow with the American Enterprise Institute, specializing in national security and intelligence.

He also accepted appointments as Special Counsel to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (19801981), Special Counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee (1982), and Member of the Appellate Court Nominating Commission for the State of Tennessee (19851987).

Fred Thompson got in because so many supporters told him it would be a good idea. He never really wanted it, but he wasn't conned into running by the Establishment as some anti-Huck maneuver.
It's an indication that "draft" movements aren't a good idea. If somebody tells you they don't want to run, don't second guess them. They probably really don't want to run and won't put much effort into the race if you force them to run.
By now, Huck is yesterday's news. I can't see anybody getting terribly excited about him running.
All very well and good.
But is he in Iowa? Is he resigning his Fox TV New slot? Is he tweeting daily on current issues? Is he making any type of news whatsoever about relaunching his political carreer?
He had a good TV/film career. Good job as senator from Tennessee. But that’s all in the past apparently as he has faded away from public view.
He’s retired. Left the building.
I, for one....would vote for her.
Because this is 2016 and he doesn’t want to run for president?
The man is 72 and has been in government for 45 years.
Huckabee running might be a smoke screen, as leaving Fox could signal loss of viewership and the timing is good...he can always decide not to run and retire. He was a Governor and wouldn’t he have a retirement from that, or not?
He may run in Primary to test the waters...I don’t see him as a serious contender.
Could be, as far as money, he is probably set for life with permanent opportunities for books and positions.
I don’t see him as being cold stone serious about running either.
Not to change subject, but I heard a blip on Fox News that a shooting was taking place at Fort Bliss, TX Medical center...unsure as they had no info. It was Breaking News on the Bret Baer special....no one else has it. Have you heard anything??
Thanks.
