The purpose of Obolacare and raising the minimum wage was to drive small business out of business.

The big-government/big-union/big-corporate crony-fascist complex doesn't care if the pie gets smaller, they just want the whole pie.

Other than that, Obama’s an economic genius.

Not sure if this is anything new.

According to Forbes:

http://www.forbes.com/sites/ericwagner/2013/09/12/five-reasons-8-out-of-10-businesses-fail/

8 out of 10 entrepreneurs who start businesses fail within the first 18 months. A whopping 80% crash and burn.

This has been happening for as far back as I can remember....

I knew 9 out 10 restaurants failed, but I had no idea the number was so high for other businesses.

It's the smaller businesses that are failing.

I heard Nigel Farage address this before the EU Parliament on YouTube. The pointed out the truth that large, multinational corporations can afford to adhere to the onerous regulations piled on them by government, but that small businesses can't.

The only point he missed is that these regulations are often written by the large corporations themselves, and made into law by their bought-and-paid-for lackeys in government as a method to drive their competition out of business.

That is exactly how I understand it. The corporations and their attorneys write the laws and then have their high-priced lobbyists give it to the Congressperson of their choice along with a guarantee of future employment as a high-priced “consultant” when they are tossed out of office, and “voila!” the peasants get screwed again.

Yup. Several business closed the beginning of this year in my town, and several more are “down-sizing.” Here comes all of the lay-offs, and the incredible lies of the media on how this is the “recovery.”

It’s going to get bumpy, folks.
