Well if it is anything we knew this in 2012. And Newt Gingrich, the fraud, was in favor of Climate Change as well. He used to call himself a Green Conservative.
He may think such positions are "good for the environment," but that's not true. They ARE good for his corporate donors though. It's a recipe for offshoring.
