That's a few too many cases to be written off as an isolated incident or some rogue police chief. And it's seems far too stupid for a group of random individuals to have thought it up independently at the same time. This has the appearance of an orchestrated, fairly broad intelligence gathering operation.If the officers involved were muzzies, that shows that they're trying to identify people who support the victims. If the officers are not muzzies, they could be trying to identify muzzies who are interested in continuing the attacks on the survivors.
Or...
If they’re not muzzies, they might be gathering info on those who’d make the transition to the Caliphate in France to be a contentious one and therefore make everyone else uncomfortable.
Maybe lesson learned from WW2?
