Shutting down DHS would be a bad thing?
Say it this way: Doblarlo sobre, Sr. Rubio, ha terminado.
Even this little pissant will get the implication of this phrasing, trust me. It's not as rude as COULD be, but it is not something that someone would say to a friend.
