I tend to agree with you, tactical deception can have positive effects for our side. If it were factual, it could cause the camel humpers to rush to reinforce and move fighters around. We can see every move they make and knowing their order of battle can make a big difference.
Then again, the release could have been ordered by the fascist Kenyan just to give his murdering friends a heads up.
Normally I wouldn't put it past Barry to make a move like that, but this has been telegraphed for several months now. I also heard that the Iraqi Army are converting barges to carry troops for an amphibious assault along the Tigris. I'm betting that is another deliberate "leak". The Mujis tend to be pretty stupid, so they wont keep quiet upon hearing all of this information. They might reinforce an area, which would either mean more dead ISIS when go time comes, or will at least keep ISIS busy while the Kurds exploit another AO. ISIS might try to withdraw from Mosul, but that would create a highway of death for them. Or maybe CENTCOM is hoping for another reaction.
