He is also shrugging because, if the is one thing Obama has taught us, all those blanks on your political positions are a plus!
People will project whatever it is that the like into those blanks and you won’t have to be put up with being called a flip-flopper when you change them to match the audience.
He doesn’t have to say, and he should not. Where ever possible, he should let his actions speak for him.
At least he doesn’t have a long list of abstentions and absences like our President.
