only one part is the reading terminal and they did a nice job remodeling it. The real reading terminal with the food, groceries and other shops is still there underneath and the roof doesn’t leak any more. you can’t bring your own food into the beer garden anymore. without the unions it would be a functional space. i don’t think the expansion was necesary and yes they probably could have gotten private companies to foot the bill. it’s way bigger than it needs to be,
