In the USA every immigrant should be required to support the 1st amendment: freedom of speech, press, religion, etc. Any immigrant who speaks or acts to prevent a Muslim (or Jew or Hindu or Bhuddist) from changing religions should be deported summarily with no appeal process.
Any immigrant who speaks in support of killing a cartoonist when the cartoonist practices the 1st amendment should be summarily kicked out. No process of appeal.
No immigrant has the “right” to be here. It is a privilege which we can summarily change. The Constitution requires equality of privilege for Citizens. It makes a clear distinction from non-Citizens in that regard.
