“O” wants to steal Bibi’s thunder.
Whatever the speech and whatever the effect... “O” wants to dilute the effect by staging his own side show.
THAT is what the US Presidency has become... a SIDESHOW to the main event.
“O” has made himself and the US irrelevant to the most significant events of this decade.

The conference call is either a devious distraction or it is designed to be preemptive. Perhaps Obama knows it is possible for Bibi to reveal something very embarrassing to the administration?
On the other hand, I think it is very possible we are going to be disappointed in Bibi, as in what he will not say.
