#1 We know there are government connected Email there, so did she erase the server of a bunch? (part of the problem with playing god with your own e-mail, who can ever know the full extent of the issue?)
#2 She for sure was making secure government contacts through no government channels which just got a general guilty of a crime. So Hillary will get slapped as well for many more instances than the general I would think.
#3 It showed she knew it was a terror act four minutes in meaning blaming the video and jailing the person who made the video was a crime as well IMO.

Her run for POTUS is null and void by this.

A warrant for all her emails and electronic correspondence from the FISA court would resolve any questions.

That is what the FISA court does every day to Americans correspondence they want to look at. Hillary, the State Dept., her lawyers, Attorney General, have nothing to say about it. The court orders the Internet Service Provider to turn it all over. (The ISP).

The real sticky wicket here is the thousands of counts of federal law she is in violation of regarding her using personal email for government (and sensitive state department info) business. This makes Hillary worse than Edward Snowden.

There is no way she can’t escape felony charges on this.

If she had her private servers doing her government Email that is a clear violation of the law at one level.

If there was one security level Email going through, that would probably be a felony and for each one that would be another felony.

I’m trying to understand exactly the sophistication of her set up. I work at a hospital. I would assume that we have our own server, ie a network that collectively links all of us through our emails. WE can of course send and receive emails from people outside of the hospital. And they go through some sort of filter.

So, how does one have their OWN server in their house? Secondly, does this mean she can remove, delete, print out etc any emails she wishes? In other words, can she delete not only the emails in her email address, but also delete and remove the emails of anyone else on the server also?

What about the government officials who sent an official email to Hillary!?

Are they also in violation of the law? I would think so.

With redhat linux you can set up an email server real fast. The trick is getting your ISP to go along with you getting and receiving email thru their network.

For the technically minded: You need to get your ISP to let SMTP (port 25) traffic to go thru their firewall to/from your server.

"What about the government officials who sent an official email to Hillary!? Are they also in violation of the law? I would think so."

That would depend on whether they were ordered to do so. If not directly ordered to do so on each piece of correspondence, yes they are also guilty. If they were ordered to do so, the person giving the orders goes to jail. I don't think Hillary's flying monkeys are that loyal. In true Clinton style, start looking for Starbucks killings, suicides with hands tied behind their backs, airplane crashes, and missing joggers.

Because of the James Rosen and Sheryl Atkinson cases of the federal government going full retard on their personal emails, tweets, snail mail, phone taps, etc......The media is not going to give Hillary a free pass on this one. Nor can the DOJ. It’s like Edward Snowden, Sandy Burglar, Scooter Libby, Dan Rostenkowski, James Trafficant, Anthony Pellicanno, Charlie Tree, Nixon, and James McDougal, all tied up in one neat package with Hillary inside the box.

you cannot delete emails on servers you do not have control over. That’s why she needed a home server, so she can delete damaging emails.

Here's the thing about that. Unless she was emailing to someone else on her system, every one of those systems traveled thru a different one. There are digital copies of every one of them. They exist. Will those that have them own up to it is another story...

“I’m trying to understand exactly the sophistication of her set up”

Essentially, she duplicated the setup your hospital established only it was in her house. Not only that but she used this address “hdr22(at)clintonemail.com”. She did not even have an official government provided email. I’m familiar with government email requirements and this is so illegal in so many ways. If a typical government employee had tried this they would have been discharged.

And, yes, she could, theoretically, delete, shred, etc. The only problem is that while she can remove any email on her server, the server of anyone she set email to would retain a copy. That could prove embarrassing.

It’s not just a maintenance of records thing as so many are trying to make it to be. It also is a violation of ethics standards which states that you can provide something to the government which has not been paid for by the government. In effect, this falls under the statutes of offering and accepting bribes.

But more importantly, since it is against numerous laws, once again we have a Clinton asserting without shame or remorse that they are above the law. It also is a felony which would make Clinton ineligible to hold any elective office.

The more one looks at this the more one is reminded of the Hillary’s missing billing records at the Rose Law Firm. You know the ones that couldn’t be located for years that, a never explained miracle, were found lying on a table in the Clinton’s personal quarters in the White House.
