I am unaware that the federal govt has any such powers to destruct a local town’s pd. but if it does, those powers need to be repealed ASAP!

They have the power to conduct a "civil-rights" lawsuit against Ferguson which will bankrupt the town, if the town doesn't do what they demand.

The Dept of Just-Us Civil Rights Division needs to be disbanded by the next Republican president.
