The Eu is moving forward basically without Obama...and have been unless he strong arms them by withholding funds and or other perks. But he’s hated for doing so. Which...I don’t think oBama cares what we think...his concern is what “Power” he can use in whatever issue he “selects” to weld that. Be it in our Government or another nations government.
