Like Hildebeast, Fiorina is one of the exalted ruler class, born to glory and hothouse-raised to expect us to jump when they speak to us.

Newsweek once did an article on the three classes of politicians we have around us today. One sort was the singular talents, the meteoric types who rise on pure ability like Pat Buchanan and Jesse Jackson (both have tremendous oratorical skills). Another was the Bob Dole "Rotarian" kind, who work the connections for a lifetime, backslapping their way to prominence until finally "it's my turn". Jerry Ford was like that, indeed many of the e-GOP, or at least the way it was 20 years ago.
The third was the "New Mandarins" </off Noam Chomsky> who were hothouse raised to leech off public life forever. Newsweek's example was the Clintons, but they also fingered Republican Sen. Lamar Alexander as one of the type.
The course of honors: Bachelor's, magna cum laude of course, from one elite university, then Harvard or Yale Law, then government or a high-profile NGO, then elective office, and then the White House, barking orders to lesser beings all the way, and shamelessly helping themselves to second helpings of creme brulee from the dessert cart of high political office and effortless privilege.
