It's really hard to read the degraded criminal mind, but we've been watching these people for so long, I think we're beginning to get the hang of how they work.
The Clintons and Obamas are the worst two political cabals we've seen in our lifetimes. I don't think there's any depth they won't sink to, in their mutual lusts for power, and their agreed-upon quest to cut this nation down.
The only thing I do know (for a fact), is that they hate each others guts with a burning passion. I don't think they even need a political reason to hurt each other. Hillary isn't a threat to Obama's programs, edicts, and policies. She's as much a hard core leftist as he is, so what would she substantially change if she became president? Not much, in my mind. If anything, she'd merely seek to expand upon everything he's started.
So why is he trying to stop her from running? Maybe it's because he's that petty and vindictive. Maybe it's because his inner circle believes the Clinton's time has passed, and that a new generation of America hating leftists has to move the ball forward (or backward, in our way of looking at it).
I don't know that I can figure out Zero's motivations, but I'm convinced that he's pulling the strings on this email scandal. Whatever his reasons, he wants her and Bill to take a hike. Forever.
Think they need a mutually assurred distraction. That is about the only resolution these two light weights could possibly come up with. So where will it be ? Israel ? Ukraine ? Syria ? Libya ? Yemen ? Egypt ? Needs to be something big so all their problems get ignored. Major terrorist attack on US ?
Hillary is bank rolled by Saudi money. Jarrett has ties to Iranian ethnicity. Sunni verses Shiite. Iran is kicking Saudi but right now. And that includes Hillary’s very large posterior. So the Obama/Jarret team want someone who is not bank rolled by Saudi money. Enter the pale face Indian. Now Hillary won’t like that and neither will the Saud’s. Saud’s will bank roll Jeb if Hillary falters, but they may not last that long. So they have to keep Hillary viable and hold Obama in check. Hillary probably just told Obama want the Saud’s will do. Or at least what their terrorist will do.
Man, that’s some convoluted ‘inside’ baseball right there. Too many moving parts and counter-balances for any lib to keep track of, or deftly maneuver.
I think what’s happening has a much simpler explanation, though you’re right that these scumbags are beholden to their moozie money masters.
Hillary is the one in the boiling pot, and she ain't got the power to make something like that happen.
So far, Bozo's kept this scandal from touching him, so he's got no need to create a distraction. Yet.

I've said on other threads, that I think they've chosen him as Obama's successor. They need Hillary out of the way to focus the entire Democrat borg on him alone.
We should have known something like this was up, when we began noticing how thin their bench was.
Hillary lacks the power ? Maybe physically yes. But just take a look at the list of Oligarch’s who donated to the Clinton Foundation when she was running Obama’s foreign affairs department. There is a reason why she has no legitimate challengers to the Democratic throne.
