Not long before he became governor of Virginia, Democrat Terry McAuliffe received special treatment on behalf of his electric-car company from a top official at the Department of Homeland Security, according to a new report from the departments inspector general.

A simpler more effective government is needed. There are two departments that need to deal with threats to the homeland. 1.) Dept. of State (also over funded) handles diplomacy. And when diplomacy doesn't work, 2.) the Dept. of War. Ever notice that since the War Dept became DOD that we don't win many wars?

or did they profile them and remove the infected?
They played up the appearance of unethical behavior by the last GOP governor while McAuliffe didn’t even wait to win the election before he engaged in unethical behavior.
Dems won’t mind this though.
Dept of war was the army only.
Dod covered navy army and air force.
How about the MILLIONS he got from Global Crossing before it went bellyup and everyone else was wiped out??
He could probably get away with a DUI too if they ever stop him on the road somewhere.
McAuliffe makes McDonnell look like an amateur.
