Haters Of Self-Defense Face Unrelenting Defeat Everywhere

Opponents of the Second Amendment and haters of self-defense are facing a relentless barrage of pro-Second Amendment and pro-self-defense legislation in state legislatures across the country.

It is as if the GOP took a page out of the Democrats’ book–improved, then applied it–so that just as the Democrats flooded legislatures with gun control measures in early 2013, Republicans are now flooding legislatures with bills broadening the exercise of Second Amendment rights and protecting the use of firearms for self-defense.

Let's not get to cheery eyed here. The insidious forces of evil are steadily working "behind the scenes" to subvert your rights wherever and whenever possible. They will use any means they need to achieve their goals. Whether it's ballot initiatives or referendums or any sort of sneaky back door tactics, our guard should be up even more.

—yep—they never give up—as Dianne Feinstein famously said some years ago after a defeat ,”we will re-visit this issue later”—

It’s not just Republicans who are pro-2A

Roger that. So those that are not gop(e) or libertarian or whatever need to put some pressure on their dem reps about their attitudes about the 2A. Kind of like the “peace” loving muslims who claim islam isn’t like “that” put pressure on the radicals to knock it off? :>}

If my recollection is correct, one of the most leftist states, Vermont, strongly supports the 2nd.

The Democrat tactic, even when they are in power, is to flood the market with goods. Those goods being insane and ridiculous demands and requirements that reach across every facet of freedom’s existence.

“Never Give A Inch” and “Always Keep The Pressure On” are their standards borne defiantly and proudly. They are impervious to logic and reason, and laws and the US Constitution it seems. No matter, their dogma and political will are the desired result. Even in the face of a humiliating Tsunami they experienced in November last, they pick themselves off, dust off, and start anew with renewed vigor.

It will never end with them and they will never be satisfied until they can kneel you down beside a ditch and blow your brains out with that gun they so hate. All because you don’t ‘feel’ like they do.

They do to some extent. The State had its Supreme Court declare Constitutional Carry the law of the land in the 1920’s, so it never had the restrictions on carry that much of the rest of the country passed during slavery(against slaves and free blacks), after the civil war(against freed slaves and former confederates), and then to protect organized crime and progressive politicians from 1911 through 1939 (Sullivan act and copycats).

You are correct. To demonstrate, simply look at the elections in CO and NM. Heavily Dem voting population and Heavily Pro Gun.

ComDem gun grabber pulled back a nub on those 2 states.

AND the black community nation wide is heavily pro gun, especially hand gun. For better or worse, it is in fact.

“It’s not just Republicans who are pro-2A”

And the DEMOCRATS know this full well, even better than the Republicans, I suspect. Gun control may be the ONLY ISSUE that can take a person with a perfect record of voting Democrat (like a union type) and get him voting Republican. Most other issues will either help get Republicans out to vote, or maybe take some softies to our side. But threaten to take away someone’s guns, and nothing else matters.

As the Dems, of course, know that - what they know they need to do, long-term, is slowly make it more ‘inconvenient’ to own guns. No, maybe not grab them, initially, but make it a bit tougher to transfer, maybe drive up the price of ammo...just each inching that way. Slowly the gun-owning population declines, and then you move in for the kill, as happened in just about every other Western country. So, for those that don’t see a problem with “common-sense gun laws”, keep the above in mind.

” Even in the face of a humiliating Tsunami they experienced in November last”. You’d hardly even know that they lost the house and senate after watching the crap that’s going on. Or NOT going on as the case may be.

“AND the black community nation wide is heavily pro gun, especially hand gun. For better or worse, it is in fact.”

I’d like to think that of law-abiding blacks, especially since they’re much more likely to be on the receiving end of rapper. But their voting patterns don’t seem to show that in any way - based on who they elect and their still 90/10 support of Democrats. So might you have any links?

And yet the Pubbies stand by wet legged and wide eyed as the Administration begins WAR GAMES in the southwestern states clearly meant to intimidate the citizenry.

The real problem is that in the most RAT-infested states: CA, MA, NJ, etc. progress is being turned back.

In CA, the Peruta decision which would have made the entire 9th circuit shall issue has gone to en banc review. If the judges on the court were in favor of this decision they would have just let it stand. The only reason to review it is to overturn it.

We will evolve into a country where criminals are favored in liberal areas and suppressed in the rest of the nation.

Anti-gunners are like rust? Seems to be a good comparison, never sleeping, always scheming to take over the world.

I think I just saw something concerning Peruta and that the 9th had reversed itself and will allow the Cali AG to proceed with something concerning the case.

No, not links, but conversations with my black friends. I have several close black friends of many years. We have talked about this.

But yes, they still vote ComDem. BUT it is about freebees, not about culture. The ones I know are repulsed by the cultural aspect of Leftism. My black friends are still very religious people. We have even shared out church with some of them for funerals, they are not members of our church. But they are friends.

My Ex-GF, very liberal and very anti-gun, as she grew up in England.

I would ask her “What would she do, if?”

“Someone busted down the front door”

She said “call the cops”

I asked “and while you were waiting?”

She said “run”

“And when they chased after you?”

She said “find something to defend myself with”

“And when the thing you grabbed didn’t stop him, would you use a Gun to defend yourself”

She said “YES”

Then she called ME an A88hole, for pointing this out.

Then, I asked her if she knew the definition of “Cognitive Dissonance?”.

Once again, A88hole.

She needs to see this, then:

“Martial Law-Style Training in Fort Lauderdale”

Footage out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida shot earlier this week shows military and law enforcement practicing the internment of citizens during martial-law style training.

Everyone does.
