Yes libs, I know most of the verses which ‘seem to indicate’ ‘God loves everyone’ however after years of study, it has become clear that ‘us’ might very well mean ‘His Own’ (IE the elect). For God is very specific about those Who He doesn’t love, and Christ was specific about those Who He didn’t pray for

“I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours. And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them.”

“I do not pray for these alone, (Those who would believe in Him THEN) but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;” (Those In the future who will believe in Him)

Our discussions right now is to establish whether or not you believe Christ is God or not- The issue with the elect can wait

I never called Christ a liar- please stop insinuating I did- I believe Jesus IS God the Son- Now, will you answer my question or not? Is Christ God or not?

Since you won’t answer directly, I can only assume you do not believe Christ is God, that Christ and God are one, that the Word is God

Therefore I can only assume that you do not believe The old testament is the divinely inspired word of God- However, I’ll let you answer that if wish- but if you’re going to dance around the issue I can only draw the conclusion that you don’t believe it is the divinely inspired word of God since you evidently reject the passages which declare Jesus and God are one and will not admit to Christ Being God

Clear it up- set the record straight- (Your responses have made it pretty clear where you stand- so assuming is done with a fairly high degree of certainty- unless you are intentionally trying to deceive? You demanded I provide verses to back up my claim, I provided them, I asked you about your position on three key issues pertaining to those verses, you refuse to answer- other than to insinuate Christ is merely the Son of God and Not God Himself - The only way you can keep making the false claim that I provided no answers is to take the line that Christ is only the Son of God, and Not God Himself, and that the bible isn’t true in certain places, or that what ‘was true’ ‘no longer is true’ because ‘we’re now in new church age’ (which is an unbiblical stance- all the word of God is infallibly and divinely inspired and true yesterday today and tomorrow

your basic argument has actually become a teachable moment for the rest of us on this forum; Meghan Kelly had a person on who very briefly remarked on the hypocrisy of the pizzeria in serving but not catering...one Leslie Marshall, who referred to herself as a former Christian (read atheist), and who is a well known West Coast liberal activist(though less obnoxious than some)

My basic argument was the hypocrisy of her saying that she welcomed homosexuals as customers but only objected to the idea of catering a gay wedding. I now realize that I was wrong on that and I apologize for saying she was a hypocrite. Thanks to an interview she did in Brietbart where she says, "we have to accept them [gay people], and we just ask that they accept us” then it appears she would serve homosexuals only because she thinks that she's forced to by law. In actuality since homosexuals aren't a protected class in Indiana then she doesn't have to accept them and should be able to deny them service entirely.
