I loved the way after the cop killed the guy he yelled at him to put his hands behind his back. That's the part that got me too. Its like... I just shot you multiple times in the back. I want to make sure you die with your hands cuffed behind your back.

You know that when he tried to arrest the guy the cop told him “put your hands behind your back” so he could cuff him.... the guy ran instead... and by God, he was gonna make the guy put his hands behind his back. That’s what prompted all of this.
