a twisted broken terribly confused and very likely rather EVIL judge!!
he MAY himself be the sort of person who engages in some rather bizarre behaviors, given his SYMPATHIES.
if hes not taken off the bench we need to hold a tea party...specifically for him!
this is so far over the edge !!!!
because there is NO WAY that the mandatory sentence should have been lifted...
