I don’t see the signatures of WI Rep Paul Ryan (R) or WI Senator Ron Johnson (R) who both claim to be conservatives.
The sad part is that very few voters keep track of this type of thing and will be completely unaware or uninterested in this brief. They are also blissfully unaware or uninterested in the voting records of these two so-called conservatives.

Cruz is going to need a lot of prayer. The great thing is, Cruz might be able to inspire it. He is daring to say the unsayable.
Over at the Hanen thread every single one of the replies were ‘The IRS (or FBI or mexican cartels etc) will change his mind for him’.
We have an insufferable amount of gaggling no-hope, never-satisfied people pop in when there’s great news, trying to bring everybody down with their LIV cackling.
It’s intolerable. We’re at the most optimistic, positive spot we’ve been in for a long time now.
It’d be nice if the responding poster’s name was on the top line so we could just skim past them. Why are they even here?
And don’t get me started on the police-blotter types who post the most gruesome, horrific crime headlines just to get attention and feedback.
We can stand to remember and take caution that the one to seek hope in remains God, not any politician. So far it looks like Cruz is being propelled upward. We keep the big Mo from heaven going in a different way, not by bragging on where we are but beseeching the One who blesses to continue to bless.
True enough, but it has managed to stick its nose in the states' business of marriage, since at least making "abolition of polygamy" a condition of statehood to Utah.

Personally I don’t understand why all of these right-wing groups don’t submit a brief that the Feds and States have a compelling interest in ensuring that there will be a next generation of honest, honorable, educated tax-payers which there will not be under ‘gay marriage’
