Big-Money Donors Say Marco Rubio’s 2016 War Chest at $40 Million

Reuters) – Less than a week after announcing his 2016 campaign for president, Republican Senator Marco Rubio of Florida doesn’t need to worry about money.

It’s as good as in the bank.

“Marco Rubio will have the resources necessary to run a first-class campaign, that’s already been determined,” said billionaire Florida auto dealer Norman Braman, a former Jeb Bush supporter who is now one of Rubio’s highest-silhouette donors.

Annandale Capital founder George Seay, who is hosting a Rubio fundraiser with the moneyed Dallas elite at his 7,000-square-foot, seven-bath home on Tuesday, said: “Marco has had zero trouble raising money.”

At least seven other Rubio mega donors say their candidate has already received monetary commitments in excess of the $40 million he will likely need to battle through a presidential primary season that will feature a crowd of seasoned Republican candidates with strong financial backing.

We can see what's happening here: the Establishment's backup plan taking shape. As Jeb fades, donors shift to Rubio. And Huckabee attempting to split the Evangelicals.

Will DEFINITELY stay home if Jeb wins the nomination. Marco making me sadder by the minute and don’t know what I would do if he were nominee. He reminds me of Norton in the honeymooners episode about mother in laws. He tells Ralph he thinks his mother in law is the “meanest” and then tells Trixie that she is the “sweetest old lady that ever lived”. Rubio tells both sides what they want to hear and for some reason thinks people cant read the internet and see he is doing this..

In his 2010 victory speech, Rubio himself pretty much told us he was on his way to corruptions.

As Jeb fades, donors shift to Rubio.

That's fine with me. We need to split the RINO vote.

I was afraid that Rubio was going to split the Tea Party vote, but the more he talks, the more he will draw from both sides.

I still think Cruz is in a good position for the long term, if no clear frontrunner emerges after the first few primaries. Ted will pull away in the debates.

Spot on. They’re throwing GOPe-candidates at the wall hoping one will stick. They don’t want a conservative.

Rubio will pull will split the RINO vote and also the Florida vote with Bush :)

Both of which will be devastating to both of them.

I no longer believe that Jeb is really even running. I am now convinced he is a stalking horse to make all the RINO’s look more conservative then they are buy acting as liberal as he possibly can. Heck Jeb is running to the left of Hitlery at this point.

Marco Rubio in Spanish: Obama’s First Executive Amnesty ‘Important,’ People ‘Benefiting from It’

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), a 2016 GOP presidential candidate, said he believes that President Barack Obama’s first executive amnesty for so-called DREAMers—the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)—is “important” and he won’t reverse it himself if elected president.

Perry, Grahamnesty, Rubio, etc. are being paid to run by The Cheap Labor Express to split up the votes of conservatives to make sure we do not nominate Ted Cruz.

The RNC has already been paid to produce an amnesty candidate. The cheap labor importers do not want us to elect anyone who will stop the invasion/cheap labor importation.

Rubio has reportedly received monetary commitments in excess of $40 million. How much of Rubio's war chest came from foreign governments? Salivating Central America federales are lying-in-wait...a dupe like Rubio could be easily used to loot the US treasury, and lay the groundwork for the armed invasion.

DOES RUBIO CONFER W/ THE CONGRESSIONAL HISPANIC CAUCUS? Taxpayers demand that the political and financial activities of The Congressional Hispanic Caucus be rigorously scrutinized.

We demand to know how often The Congressional Hispanic Caucus communicates w/ foreign governments.

<><> How many foreign nationals do they employ on Capitol Hill (and in their districts)?

<><> How many US govt checks are they and/or their employees cashing?

<><> Are any of the C/H/C employees agents of foreign govts?

<><> How many identities are their employees using?

The Bank Secrecy Act needs to be mobilized at once to determine any and all irregularities in the C/H/C's accounting practices........ and whether US tax dollars are being laundered and wire-transferred to foreign countries.

Here's the Rubio forever ingrained in our political consciousness.

Consorting w/ the enemy--sucking up to the latino vote.
Giving conservatives the finger.

The founders foresaw passionate debate between citizens as healthy and welcome in a free, self-governing society. What they didn’t foresee was the willingness to “win” by erasing the base lines... no one wins when the Constitution is cast aside as inconvenient to the ambitions of any politician. (hat tip Ken Hoagland, author and chairman of “Restore America’s Voice” PAC.)

OMG.... Now I know why he got in the race against, what I thought were, stiff odds to raise money and compete with a popular, former Governor from the same state as he. With this news, and Jeb polling 4th in Blue Hampshire, I’m betting he decides not to run. Anybody wanna take that bet?

One Floridian FReeper recently said: “I’ll never vote for Rubio again.” I asked her this question: If, in November 2016, the only choice is between the diabolical, Marxist-witch, Hillary Clinton and Marco Rubio, will you hold to that vow?

She has yet to reply and answer my question. I ask you that same question my friend.

That’s encouraging. I think we would have some hope with Rubio, but, Jeb would prolly switch to the DemocRAT Party the day after his inauguration.
