Supporters of traditional marriage will participate in the third annual "March for Marriage" on Saturday, three days before th U.S. Supreme Court hears oral arguments on gay marriage.

The Washington, D.C.-based National Organization for Marriage is organizing the event.

"The 2015 March for Marriage is our last, best opportunity to reach the U.S. Supreme Court before they decide whether marriage as it has existed throughout our history is unconstitutional," reads the event's website.

Attendees will first gather at the National Mall on Saturday morning and then after hearing from assorted speakers will march towards the Supreme Court building off First Street Northeast.

From 1998 to 2012, voters in 30 states passed amendments to their state constitutions defining marriage as being between one man and one woman.

Since 2013, a wave of decisions from federal judges and appellate courts have declared these bans unconstitutional and in several instances the Supreme Court has declined to intervene.

After the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld four state constitutional marriage bans, the highest court in the nation agreed to decide the matter, scheduling oral arguments for April 28.

As long as the two Commissar Witches, Kagan and Bader-Ginsburg refuse to recuse themselves, this is wasted energy.

We’re now a country where we have to have Million Man Marches to demonstrate support for not killing babies and for marriage between men and women. Lord save us.

I think many of us had hoped that last year we sent a strong message to stop this nonsense in Washington. If they change marriage to suit queers this nation will evoke more wrath. Prayers never hurt.

Roberts is the gift from that dummy Jorge el Segundo who never stops giving - to the left. Kennedy is a perfect example of a loose cannon - a cannon on an old sailing ship which broke loose from its rigging.

“March around the Supreme Court seven times every day.”

Tyrant is a judge that redefines and thus rewrite a law and practice upheld for centuries. Im afraid should they act again as tyrants we will need much more than marching to restore law and order to our land we will need impeachment and beheading. For there can be no law while employees in black robes can simply rewite it after 2 hundred years of settled practice.

This is a matter of rule of law written by the people & their states vs uneledcted federal employees in black robes.

You can’t after all have a nation of law that changes at the whim of tyrants rather than the due process of a legislator.

The fix is in on this one.

The reason the court is taking the case is to rubber stamp the pro-homosexual position.

Your probably right, and God really only has to sit it out to let the country fall apart as his already wisely established rule of nature will do all the work for him.

It takes divine intervention to save a country that doesn’t embrace and protect procreation.

Even more divine intervention is required to save a republic who’s employees in black robes find the power to arbitrary change the settled meaning of centuries old laws.

Well stated. History tells us what led to the downfall of Greece and Rome. The left and a few others seem to think anything goes. There are still many of us who will fight to undo the damage Obama and pals have done.
