Protests over the death of Freddie Gray, who died in police custody, took a violent turn on Saturday, resulting in dozens of arrests and widespread property damage. During a recent press conference, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake confirmed that the protesters were being given “space” to “destroy.”
“While we tried to make sure that they were protected from the cars and the other things that were going on,” the mayor said of the protesters. “We also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well. And we work very hard to keep that balance and to put ourselves in the best position to deescalate, and that’s what you saw.”

That is by far, one of the STUPIDEST things I have ever heard anyone in a position of authority say in my entire life.
It is beyond belief.
What they are saying is that the safety of these people destroying property and injuring people is far, FAR more valuable than the property or lives of the random people in their path.
Simply stunning.
These animals are going to trap some person in their car, and that person is going to panic and run over and injure or kill some of them. They would richly deserve it, but the narrative is going to be quite sympathetic to the animals, and this poor person in their car, if they escape with their life, is going to be demonized by people like this worthless, no-load mayor and his ilk.
Unbelievable.
It won’t be long before moving out of a neighborhood because of fear of crime will be a hate crime

It’s “racist”, of course, but it’s not a hate crime. Not yet. But it will be.
The mayor’s policy of “giving space” to destroy will result in death as at some point a shop owner will fight back with overwhelming force.

So businesses and property owners can count on the mayor allowing this again in the future. They need to act accordingly.
So long as they don’t come south bringing their ignorant voting ways with them.

As I said in another thread: when the feelings or well-being of animals like these rioters and looters are given priority over the well being of a random citizen BY THE AUTHORITIES, here is what happens to those random citizens:
They aren’t protected.
Their families aren’t protected.
Their property isn’t protected.
Their business isn’t protected.
So, they do what any INTELLIGENT, THOUGHTFUL, RESPONSIBLE person does: They uproot their family and business, and LEAVE. (Because we all see what happens to those who stand up to the animals: If they survive being beaten to a pulp by a mob, they are demonized as racists)
And what happens after that?
We hear whining and moaning that people in those ravaged communities can’t get access to basic services, can’t get stores to buy food at, can’t get a cab to take them home because it is too dangerous for the cabbies. And they decry the people who left to survive as “racists” and characterize their leaving as racially based “white flight”.
And they demonize industry and commerce as racist because they don’t want to build factories or open stores in those areas, because the extra security costs add up to 30% to the overhead of business, an addition fatal to business survivability.
And they demonize banks as racist who won’t give business loans to someone who wants to open something in those areas, because they won’t make it past the first riot.
And they characterize as racist the unwillingness of insurance companies to offer low rates to businesses in those areas, because it is a guaranteed 100% loser for them.
THAT is what infuriates me about the animals doing this in places like Ferguson and Baltimore. They are doing all they can to drive people out of those areas so that much of the liberal black leadership can point to racist “white flight” as one of the roots of their failure to have a functioning community.

That’s why I said business, home, or car.
Actually, the Hells Angels got the bad guy and removed the threat.
In this case here they gave the criminal gangsters keys to the city, while the local government locked up 30,000 law abiding sports fans.
Guess she lives in the gated suburbs...vote for a dem get anarchy.
