As I understand it in order to maintain a ax exempt status a “Charitable Foundation” must distribute at least 15% of its assets each and every year to charitable works. The Klintons may be in even more trouble than expected.

How does 9 million dollars go to support the 400 million people the Clintons say they have helped? Especially when you take into consideration part of that 9 million went to whoever was administering the program in the local economy.
