Depends where I guess. Guy stole a TV from Wally World here monday morning with the loss prevention people trying to stop him. He got out of the store and the police took up the chase. Five minutes and 80MPH later he was shot in the head after being hit by a cruiser. Spaced out on meth and now probably perpetually spaced out. Unfortunately this may have been an over reaction by the police though, shooting a fleeing thief is not a good call most of the time.

You drug yourself up...You steal,... You run from police....You pay the consequences. It’s that simple...even if it means a bullet to your head.
I really don’t care if the police rough someone up....quite ‘creating’ the circumstances to begin with.
