It shouldn’t open the city to lawsuits, it should open her personally to lawsuits IMO.
This arrogant person should be made to reimburse all costs to property owners out of her personal funds.
Essentially the mayor’s statement puts businesses, insurance companies, and property owners on notice that Baltimore is officially a “property unfriendly” environ and that they need to pull out of Baltimore ASAP and relocate to a “property friendly” venue.
