Except in the court you are holding here on FR, right? Because you have already decided that the police are guilty, based on hearsay you have hand-picked from the available accounts.
I'm not holding court here on FR. I am giving my opinion, which is that I agree that there is probable cause to support the charges against the officer (and that whether there is sufficient evidence to sustain a conviction will depend on what other evidence comes to light). My opinion is based on the facts of the case, as they have been reported (including by the DA in this morning's press conference).
I gave my opinion, just like you have given your opinion that the charges are meritless, based solely on the race of the DA/mayor/city of Baltimore.
