ALSO the case is still murky, with the witness in the van, and and the securing issue, which IMO sounds like negligence not murder.

The witness in the van was ultimately not charged with anything, and now that he's on the street again he is beginning to recant his story.

I heard that he’s now saying that his words are being misinterpreted. Guess that’s preferable to being dead.
